LEARN RESOSENSE

Resosense is a personal practice based on the physics of resonance.

It uses specific gentle movements, while lying down, that anyone can learn to do, and only requires a few minutes a day. Even though the practice is physical it has wide reaching effects on the whole of your being.

Resosense Explained

All structures have a fundamental frequency in which they naturally resonate. Strike a wine glass and it will "sing". That is true for all stuctures, including you.

* What I have discovered is this fundamental frequency of the human body. *

You might be thinking - "What does that mean for me?"

Your fundamental frequency connects you to what is intrinsically you, before life events, stress, social pressure, and personal tragedies shifted you away from that which is fundamentally you.

One of the wonderful things about being alive is that you don't require an external force to enter into resonance with your fundamental frequency, you can do that with your own muscles.  

That is the practice of Resosense.

Regular practice of Resosense has positive effects on many aspects of your being.

~ Physical - It is like brushing your teeth, but for your spine. Decrease pain and increased range of motion.

~ Emotional - Resets the Sypathetic/Parasympathetic system releasing emotional stress on a very deep level.

~ Mental - Both calming and focusing, to leave your clear and sharp, functioning at your best.

~ Energetic - Works to clear the Chakra and other energetic body systems.

RECEIVE DEA

In the DEA sessions we harness the group energy to amplify the energetic process.

While the part of the group is recieving, while lying on massage tables, the rest of the group is using their presence and focused attention to greatly amplify the process.

I use light contacts to the physical and energetic bodies, which create a state of increased awareness that your body uses to initate change, and create new possiblities for healing and living that were not available to you before. 

The synergy of the two approaches can be transformative and truly liberating on many levels.
